Enterprise Agility Diagnostic
The 3-week diagnostic includes stakeholder interviews with C-suite, product, engineering, and compliance teams, an assessment across five dimensions, value stream mapping for two to three flows, peer benchmarking, a 90-day roadmap
Release Cadence Accelerator
The 8–12 week program includes value stream mapping, funding model redesign, ART configuration and training, SLO dashboards, and delivery of three working increments, typically resulting in a 60–70% cycle time reduction and a 2x increase in deployment frequency.

Wasif was an excellent facilitator and guide while learning the SAFe 6.0 Agile curriculum. He did a great job explaining the entire framework at a high level and then sharing details of what we needed to know to be successful at SAFe 6.0 in our jobs.

The training provided a wealth of knowledge about the Scrum/Agile framework and the Roles, Events, Artifacts, Values, etc. within it. The training was engaging, allowing us to break into small groups several times throughout the 2 days and work on real-life exercises. We, also, had ongoing dialogue between the instructor and students, which helped the information stick. Passing the exam seemed easy after all the interactivity.
